Return and Exchange Policy

At Silkonite, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase of our hair oil products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return or exchange process as easy as possible.

 

Return Policy:

Timeframe for Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unopened, unused product for a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Return Initiation: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@silkonite.com. We will provide you with the return address, which must be used for your return shipment.

 

Shipping and Packaging: Please pack the product securely in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds: Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the cost of return shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exclusions: Custom or personalized orders, opened or used products are not eligible for return.

 

Exchange Policy:

Timeframe for Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate the exchange. The product must be unopened and unused.

Exchange Initiation: Contact our customer service team at contact@silkonite.com to initiate an exchange. Provide your order details and the reason for the exchange. We will guide you through the process and provide the shipping address.

Shipping and Packaging: As with returns, please securely package the product in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exchange Process: Once we receive your returned product, we will ship out the exchanged item to you. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged item to your location. If the new item is of a higher value, you will need to cover the difference. If it is of a lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Exclusions: Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for exchange.

 

Additional Information:

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for returns or exchanges.

Sale Items: All sales are final on discounted items. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.
