Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 2 working days.Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or edited. Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (PST), Monday – Friday. Orders after 5:00 PM (CST) on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday (holiday extension).
International Shipping
- Estimated delivery time frame: 7-14 business days. Please note that the estimated delivery time is a general guideline and can be subject to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance processes and the efficiency of the destination country's postal service.
- Shipping Carriers: We work with reputable international carriers to ensure your package reaches you safely.
- Tracking: You will be provided with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Customs and Import Duties
All fees, including import duties and taxes, are covered by us. Customers will not be responsible for any additional charges beyond the product price. This means your order price is inclusive of all taxes, making your shopping experience hassle-free.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders to the countries listed above. There are no additional shipping costs to worry about.
Shipping Delay
Please confirm that your receiving information is filled in correctly. If the receiving information is wrong, please be responsible for yourself. If the shipping information is correct and you have not received the product more than 60 days after it was shipped, you can choose to have it refunded or the merchant will offer a refund or re-shipment and provide you with an $8 coupon.
Lost Package
We are not responsible for your lost package, but if you find your package lost during shipping, please contact us and we will help you contact the courier and do our best to minimize your loss.
